Download v1.0From Twilio keys to first call in six steps
Scroll to walk through it. You'll need admin access to your CRM and a Twilio account with one phone number.
- Create a Twilio API keyIn the Twilio console, create a standard API key and copy the Key SID and Secret. Twilio only shows the secret once.
- Create a TwiML appPoint its voice request URL at your CRM's DialTri endpoint and note the TwiML App ID.
- Buy or pick a phone numberAny Twilio voice-capable number works. Assign the TwiML app to it so inbound calls reach the CRM.
- Enter the keys in CTI settingsPaste the API Key SID, API Secret, TwiML ID and phone number into DialTri's CTI settings page.
- Choose your modulesPick which CRM module receives incoming call records and which one outgoing calls log against.
- Place a test callUse Save and test call. A successful call creates a record in your chosen module with duration, status and timestamps.
